FPInnovations, a non-profit R&D organization focusing on forest operations and the pulp and paper industry, is working with Tsi Del Del Enterprises and Tolko Industries, to bring reliable broadband to forest areas in British Columbia this year. Currently using low-throughput satellite connections and VHF radios, the new private LTE network will support rural areas, forest workers, and wildfire agencies.
